Connect Clermont advances civic leadership and practical skill-building by supporting learning experiences that strengthen communication, collaboration, and leadership, helping individuals better contribute at work, at home, and in the community. By connecting people to real-world learning, storytelling, and service opportunities, Good Works helps build the skills and confidence needed to sustain a strong, engaged Clermont County.
The Navigate Content Creator's Academy is a Good Works program focused on youth leadership and workforce readiness through storytelling and media creation.
Over the past two years, the program has engaged more than 400 high school students from every Clermont County high school, helping them develop skills in writing, video, podcasting, and photography. Student work is shared across Connect Clermont’s Good News channels, amplifying youth voices and local stories.
The Navigate Course continues to grow as a 10-week program supported by Clermont County Educational Services Center and work-based learning counselors, providing students with practical experience, mentorship, and a clearer pathway to civic and professional engagement.
