Did you spot a renovation and wonder what's happening at 525 Clough Pike in Union Township, Clermont County?
The single-story one-time self-serve carwash is being transformed into the two-story home of
L & A Autos.
The five bays where vehicles formerly were spray washed, will soon become four bays to detail, inspect and improve pre-owned vehicles, and a sales office.
"The raised roof is to allow vehicle lifts to be installed in four of the bays, not for second floor offices" explained L&A owner Loay (Lou) Alfwaress. "These bays will help us prepare the perfect vehicle for you."
L &A is moving from 4044 Mount Carmel Tobasco Road to their new home at 525 Clough Pike.
