That’s all for July, folks! Clermont County has had quite an eventful month, between July 4 celebrations, farmers market openings, concerts, and more. The summer fun isn’t over yet.

Friday, July 31, from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
It’s the last weekend to see the Clermont County Fair. Friday’s theme is Full Throttle Day. Visit the Grandstand at the Clermont County Fairgrounds to see some of the coolest full-throttle rough trucks the area has to offer.
Sunesis Group is sponsoring the truck show. The Fair will also include other events and activities, including a Mobile Arts glassblowing event, rides, games, a Beef Show, and more!

Friday, July 31, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Do you need an excuse to get out of the house without melting in the heat?
Visit the River History Museum located at Chilo Lock 34 Park! Nestled on the banks of the Ohio River, this 39-acre park features local history exhibits, a wildlife nature preserve, river walk, and picnic shelters. You can even dock your boat onsite if you plan to spend the rest of the day on the water.
The Clermont County Park District renovated the building in 2005 as an interpretive visitor center and museum. With the theme of “Living and Working with the Ohio River”, the museum offers an interactive glimpse into the history of steamboats, floods, and the real people who worked and lived on the river’s edge.
The museum is open to the public Thursdays through Saturdays, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No tickets necessary!

Friday, July 31, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Experience the beauty of cinema at the Loveland Shorts Film Festival, a vibrant celebration of independent filmmaking. This three-day event will feature a curated collection of short films by local and international filmmakers, each lasting 20 minutes or less.
Visitors can view screenings, attend workshops, celebrate award winners, and connect with industry professionals.
The Standard Pass includes a festival wristband, morning coffee hour, and access to all workshops and screenings. The VIP Pass lets you into the after-hours parties and the Sunday awards ceremony with a continental breakfast.

Acoustic singer and songwriter Ashley Havlin is back for another night of country music. Bean and Brew offers an intimate listening experience with a selection of great tap drinks and samplers.
This event is great for a laid-back evening with friends. Make this your first stop during your night out in Batavia!

Friday, July 31, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Have you ever wondered how to make your own incense? It’s no longer a mystery!
Hit the trails at Clingman Park this Friday to learn about the wonderful scents of native plants and flowers, and then craft cone incense that actually works. Experts from the Clermont Parks District will use a combination of traditional powders and foraged ingredients to create custom incense just for you!
This program is for adults only, and RSVPs are mandatory. The half-mile hike will include mostly flat trails with uneven natural surfaces, so dress appropriately. The workshop will take place indoors.

Friday, July 31, starting at 7 p.m.
You know them, you love them; the Sycamore Community Band is back in action for a full symphonic performance this Friday. Grab your blankets, lawn chairs, and red, white, and blue spirit for this special patriotic event at the Miami Township Civic Center.
After the music ends, the Civic Center will feature Disney’s hockey classic, “Miracle,” in the parking lot.
Whether you are bringing your family or a date, this drive-in experience is a great way to kick off your weekend.

Friday, July 31, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Sons of Toil Brewing will be hosting another night of music and over 20 beers and ciders. Come witness Silver Strings live and in action as they perform classics from the 50s through 70s.
The brewery also hosts trivia, line-dancing, and other fun events for locals and visitors alike!
No tickets necessary; bring your thirst and be ready to dance.

Saturday, August 1, starting at 9 a.m.
Following its recent success, Sycamore Park will host another session of Yoga in the Park this Saturday.
Start the day gently with a soothing meditation and guided yoga led by certified instructor Andrea Louis. This event is great for both beginners and experienced individuals who want to practice their form with like-minded neighbors. Learn new poses and condition your body against stress.
No qualifications or registration required. Bring a blanket, yoga mat, and water for the best experience.

Saturday, August 1, starting at 7 p.m.
David’s Kitchen & Bar will be hosting a Taylor Swift Tribute Show to kick off the back-to-school season! Bring your kids, sing along to your favorite hits, enjoy great food and drinks, and donate to an important cause.
This event supports education readiness by collecting school supplies for local children in need. A portion of the proceeds will go directly toward schools to ensure each child is ready for the Fall semester.

Saturday, August 1, from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Cut and arrange your own premium flower arrangement at Losantiville Farms this weekend. This interactive gardening experience is fun for adults looking to enjoy a day out in the sun.
The event will start with an exclusive farm tour where you can meet the livestock, learn bout modern growing practices, and walk through fresh orchards. After the tour, you can explore the gardens and choose your favorite flowers to create a stunning bouquet. It will even include a premium vase to commemorate your visit.

Double E is back at it with events for old friends and new memories. Come by Sunday evening to watch Right Turn Clyde, a multi-state touring act, tear it up with another great show.
