8:00 a.m. Show Car, Gate and swap meet Opens
-Show car registration opens Holiday Inn Eastgate. No on-site registration
-Ford, Bowtie & Mopar Countries Open; Dedicated areas for Ford, Chevy, and Mopar builds. Custom talk, music, and more.
-Food Vendors Open 
9:00 AM Craft vendors Open & Model Car Contest Opens 
10:00 AM National Anthem
12:00 Noon Children’s & Adult Games Begin 
ALL DAY Trunk or Treat, Games, challenges, and classic car contests for all ages.
1:00 p.m. Live Charity Auction, Bid on rare finds and memorabilia. Proceeds support local causes.
2:00 p.m. Awards Ford , Bowtie & Mopar Countires
3:00 p.m. Split the pot drawing
4:00 p.m. Registration Closes, Classic Car Registration at the Holiday Inn Eastgage is now closed. NO registration happens at the Clermont County Fiargrounds. 
Bean Dinner: Hearty dinner served to all registered participants. While supplies last.
7 to 10 p.m. ‍Live Band BlueStone Ivory, High-energy performance under the stars. Classic and southern rock vibes.
8:00 p.m. Car Show Gate Closes. No new vehicle entries permitted beyond this point.
12:00 Midnight: Show Closes; Saturday night winds down. Overnight access restricted to staff and registered vendors.
