The Clermont Chamber of Commerce announced its 2026 Business Excellence Award recipients. County officials and residents can meet the honorees at the annual luncheon on February 20th. The annual event recognizes excellence in local business, leadership, and service while bringing together the community in support of both small and large businesses across the county.

The six winners include:
Pamela Lindeman is a transformational behavioral health leader with more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership and nonprofit coaching. She is the retired president and CEO of Child Focus, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for children through prevention and treatment programs, early care, and education.
Robert McGee is a Navy veteran and former Union Township Trustee with decades of service to Clermont County. As a longtime resident of the community, McGee continues to serve as a role model for future leaders.
Bonita Palmer is a mother, a 2023 Women’s 40 Over 40 spotlight, and the CEO of BGP Group ActionCOACH. With more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience, Palmer helps business owners across the Cincinnati region grow their companies and inspire quality leadership.

The Business Excellence Awards luncheon is one of several upcoming events hosted by the Clermont Chamber of Commerce. Additional events include the Small Town Adult Day Service ribbon cutting on January 5, the 2026 Morning Mixer on January 22, hosted by Crossroads East, and an upcoming Clermont Chamber Safety Council meeting.
